1987
 Under the name of H. THISSEN & Co., the Eupen office in the Haastraße was founded by Helmut Thissen.
1990
The Eupen office moves to Vervierser Straße.
1995
Alain Kohnen from St-Vith, lawyer and chartered accountant with a speciality in auditing, becomes a partner in the firm upon receiving certification from the chamber of business auditors. The company changes its name to “THISSEN, KOHNEN & Co” and we begin our activities in Brussels.
1996
After receiving certification as auditor in Luxemburg, Alain Kohnen opens our office in Weiswampach (Luxemburg).
2005
The Eupen office moves to Lascheter Weg.
2008
Laurent Simon from Verviers (Dison) is certified as a business auditor and becomes a partner; the firm changes its name to “THISSEN, KOHNEN, SIMON & Partners” and begins to operate in the Verviers region.
